MARK KAUFFMAN LPC, CPSS
Mark is one of our co-lead therapists at River’s Bend, P.C. of Troy, as he has been providing guidance and hope to his clients for over seven years.
Mark has been working in the healthcare field for over a decade. He initially started his career working in community mental health as a Certified Peer Support Specialist, CPSS.
In 2011, Mark received his Bachelor of Science in Addiction Studies from the University of Detroit Mercy. In 2015 he would receive his Master of Arts in Counseling from Oakland University.
He specializes in a wide range of services including but not limited to; trauma and grief as he is trained as an EMDR therapist. He also has extensive experience in helping those who are struggling with substance abuse, mood, and behavioral disorders, as well as emotional distress.
Mark has a supportive and caring approach to individual change.
