Ms. Howey is the Vice President and co-owner of River’s Bend PC She has over 19 years of experience treating adolescents and adults for both mental health and substance abuse disorders. She co-facilitates the adult Intensive Outpatient Program and facilitates the Health Professional Recovery Program (HPRP) groups.
