Ms. Sitalo is a mental health therapist committed to assisting individuals in developing coping strategies for navigating various mental health challenges. It is her belief that having a desire to change, dedication to self and a little bravery can go a long way in creating a desirable life. Ms. Sitalo operates from an integrative therapeutic approach, meaning she utilizes various theories, tailoring sessions to each client’s individual needs. However, she often resonates with a humanistic approach when working with clients. Ms. Sitalo will gently push you to have the tough conversations, express your authentic feelings, take care of your own needs, and love yourself once again.  Areas of experience and interest include depression, anxiety, low self-esteem and confidence, relationships, stress and trauma. Ms. Sitalo especially enjoys encouraging clients to utilize creative interests in and outside of sessions such as writing, music and movement.
