Weight Management Program
This group takes a holistic approach to controlling weight.
First, participants in the group create individualized behavioral plans that fit comfortably into their lifestyle.
Second, they identify thinking patterns that interfere with successful weight management and then learn how to change these patterns.
Third, group members identify emotional triggers for eating and develop tools for managing these factors without food. Finally, participants learn strategies for healthy eating.
