AMY FRESCH MA LLPC

Amy earned her Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Oakland University. She is an experienced mental health counselor dedicated to providing compassionate support and guidance to adults seeking to overcome challenges and improve their emotional well-being. Ms. Fresch is well versed in group therapy, providing quality mental health and substances use disorder group therapy in our Intensive Outpatient Program.  

 With a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling and a deep understanding of various therapeutic techniques, Amy is committed to creating a safe and nonjudgmental space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings. Through active listening, empathy, and evidence-based interventions, she strives to empower clients on their journey towards healing and personal growth. Ms. Fresch’s mission is to help individuals develop coping strategies, build resilience, and discover their inner strengths to lead more fulfilling lives.
