KENZIE  TIMM LPC, ATR

Kenzie is a licensed professional counselor and registered art therapist with a master’s degree from Wayne State University. She brings experience from working in inpatient behavioral health settings, treating adults, adolescents, individuals with mental illness and developmental disabilities (MIDD), and geriatric clients. Kenzie has supported individuals facing a wide range of challenges including depression, anxiety, relationship struggles, parenting issues, career transitions, OCD, ADHD, physical trauma, emotional abuse, and severe mental health conditions.

Kenzie tailors her counseling style to meet each person where they are in their journey. She values respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and focuses on creating a safe, supportive space for growth and healing. Her integrative approach draws from various evidence-based methods, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), humanistic therapy, mindfulness practices, strength-based and solution-focused strategies, and rational-emotive counseling.

Her goal is to foster an environment where clients feel empowered, supported, and comfortable giving feedback as they work together toward meaningful change.
