She firmly believes every person possesses the internal strength needed to heal. Therefore, her therapeutic approach meets clients right where they are on their personal journeys.
Carli utilizes an eclectic therapeutic model centered on Motivational Interviewing and strengths-based theories. Consequently, she helps clients identify meaningful goals and tap into their natural resilience. Additionally, she integrates evidence-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques to help clients build practical coping skills.
For Carli, supporting individuals as they rebuild their lives after addiction is the most rewarding aspect of her work. Outside the office, she recharges by spending quality time with her friends, family, and cat. Furthermore, she enjoys expressing her creativity through painting, thrifting for unique finds, and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen. Ultimately, Carli looks forward to guiding you toward lasting healing and a fulfilling life.
