The Mental Health IOP at River’s Bend, P.C. provides a structured, supportive environment. We help individuals work through complex emotional and psychological challenges. Our program specifically serves those experiencing severe depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and loss.

Traditional therapy only offers weekly sessions. In contrast, our program delivers a higher level of care. Patients receive intensive clinical treatment while continuing to live at home. This structure allows you to maintain your normal, day-to-day routines.

What to Expect During Treatment

Our intensive outpatient curriculum typically runs for 6 to 8 weeks. To ensure comprehensive support, we hold group sessions three times a week. Each session lasts for 3 hours, totaling 9 hours of specialized care per week.

All program tracks are available both virtually and in person at our clinic. A licensed, certified therapist leads every group. Sessions feature guided clinical discussions. These discussions cover evidence-based coping strategies, emotional regulation tools, and peer support frameworks.
