Leah Bogdanski, B.S., CPS,  Director of Business Development 

Leah Bogdanski serves as the Director of Business Development at River’s Bend PC. In this role, she leads strategic partnership development, referral growth, and community engagement initiatives across Michigan’s behavioral healthcare landscape. She is passionate about building meaningful relationships that improve access to care. Overall, Leah brings a unique blend of professional expertise, collaborative leadership, and genuine compassion to her work.

With extensive experience in clinical outreach, prevention, and business development, Leah cultivates strong connections across the region. For instance, she collaborates closely with healthcare systems, hospitals, providers, schools, and community organizations throughout Michigan. These key partnerships strengthen connections to care and support better outcomes for those navigating mental health and substance use challenges.

Additionally, Leah is deeply passionate about helping individuals and families navigate the behavioral healthcare journey with trust and support. Her leadership reflects a strong commitment to expanding access to high-quality mental health and substance use treatment services. Ultimately, this work strengthens the continuum of care and empowers lasting healing and growth.

Leah earned her Bachelor of Science in Family Studies from Central Michigan University. Today, she remains actively involved in behavioral health leadership and prevention initiatives across Michigan. Outside of work, she enjoys boating, golfing, spending time outdoors, and being with her husband and baby girl.
