Amy Fresch, Clinical Director, earned her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Oakland University. She brings extensive experience to her role as a dedicated mental health counselor. Currently, as the Clinical Director at River’s Bend, P.C., she supports adults facing complex emotional challenges with compassion and evidence-based techniques.
In her leadership role, Amy Fresch directs group therapy sessions within our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). Consequently, she focuses on delivering high-quality, comprehensive care for individuals navigating both mental health challenges and substance use disorders.
Drawing from her advanced clinical training, Amy Fresch creates a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can openly explore their emotions. She utilizes active listening and deep empathy to empower individuals at every stage of recovery.
