Jung Nichols, LMSW

Jung Nichols, LMSW has over 15 years of clinical experience within mental health and primary care settings. She has provided psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and adults with a client- and family-centered approach.

Jung’s experience working in various levels of care and in different capacities brings a broad perspective and understanding of mental health treatment. She has extensive experience treating anxiety, depression, adjustment difficulties, parent-child relationship challenges, and trauma/PTSD. Her primary therapy modalities and skills include: Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy, Somatic Therapy, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing.

Jung specializes in trauma-informed care with experience utilizing Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy. She also has a passion working with parents, supporting them as they navigate challenges of parenthood at different developmental phases.

As a therapist, Jung brings a genuine and down-to-earth approach to therapy. She believes in walking beside her clients on their journey while sharing practical knowledge and building skills, so they can take steps forward toward their goals.
