Leah Bogdanski, B.S., CPS,  Director of Business Development 

Leah serves as the Director of Business Development at River’s Bend PC, where she leads strategic partnership development, referral growth, and community engagement initiatives across Michigan’s behavioral healthcare landscape. Passionate about building meaningful relationships that improve access to care, Leah brings a unique blend of professional expertise, collaborative leadership and genuine compassion to her work. 

With extensive experience in clinical outreach, prevention, and behavioral health business development, Leah has cultivated strong partnerships with healthcare systems, hospitals, providers, schools, and community organizations throughout Michigan to strengthen connections to care and support better outcomes for those navigating mental health and substance use challenges.  

Leah is passionate about helping individuals and families navigate the behavioral healthcare journey with support, connection, and trust. Her leadership reflects a deep commitment to expanding access to high-quality mental health and substance use treatment services while strengthening the continuum of care that empowers lasting healing and growth.  

Leah deeply values the power of community, collaboration, and human connection in behavioral healthcare. She is proud to support the mission of River’s Bend PC and help expand access to high quality care for the communities they serve. 

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Family Studies from Central Michigan University and remains actively involved in behavioral health leadership and prevention initiatives across Michigan. Outside of work, she enjoys boating, golfing, outdoors, and spending time with her husband and baby girl.
