Logan Smith, LLMSW
Logan Smith is a Limited License Master Social Worker (LLMSW) who is passionate about supporting individuals in developing insight, resilience, and meaningful change. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Michigan in 2024 and went on to earn his Master of Social Work from the University of Michigan in 2025. He is currently working toward becoming a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC).
Logan specializes in working with adolescents and young adults, with a focus on substance use, emotional regulation, and behavioral challenges. His goal is to help individuals better understand themselves, build effective coping strategies, and practice self-acceptance by exploring the origins of their emotions and learning how to navigate them in healthy ways.
His approach is client-centered and strengths-based, integrating evidence-based practices to foster insight, growth, and long-term change. Logan emphasizes creating a safe and supportive environment where clients feel heard and understood, while also encouraging accountability and personal growth. He frequently incorporates psychoeducation, motivational interviewing, and practical skill-building to help clients apply what they learn both in and outside of sessions
